Sonya founded Meadow Mémoire with one simple goal: to create a wedding planning experience that feels chic, welcoming, and free of the ego that can sometimes come with the wedding industry. A lifelong wedding enthusiast (her Sims 4 wedding obsession started long before her career did!), she has spent years helping couples bring their visions to life. What she loves most is celebrating alongside her couples and reminding them of the bigger picture: they're getting married! Through thoughtful planning, genuine excitement, and a down-to-earth approach, Sonya helps create weddings that feel beautiful, personal, and authentically yours.

Our story
Meadow Mémoire began after founder Sonya spent over two years building Weddings With Sonya into a business centered on genuine connection, thoughtful planning, and unforgettable celebrations. As the business grew, so did her desire to create something bigger than herself - a place where talented planners could learn, grow, and build their own path without sacrificing their creativity or personality.
At Meadow Mémoire, we believe beautiful weddings don't require big egos. This industry can sometimes take itself a little too seriously, but we don't. We're here to create incredible experiences, celebrate love, and have fun doing it. Our planners are trusted to bring their own ideas to the table, support one another, and remember what really matters: making couples feel seen, cared for, and excited to get married.
Because at the end of the day, we're not here to impress each other, we're here to celebrate love.
